Center Structure:
This unit prepares, implements, and evaluates training courses for new faculty members and monitors their work performance. This unit's activity is similar to other universities' "Teaching Methods Centers." "Training and Human Resources Development" plans, implements, and manages training courses for university affiliates, state departments, the corporate sector, and people. This unit's tasks mirror those of other institutions' continuing education centers. The University of Babylon's "Center for Continuing Education and Cadre Development" is two in one. Third is Finance and Administration.
The University Council approved three non-functioning entities on (28/6/2011): "Training and Care of the Gifted and Creative," "Research, Studies, and Publications," and "Life Skills Learning and Teaching."
Goals: It helps to learn computers -the Internet, and methods of teaching .
Management of The Center:
